 Welcome to our website,

     Thank you for your interest.  We have put a large amount of information onto our website to help you make your decision about this business, and whether it is right for you.  Please feel free to call me if you would like a brief verbal overview of the business and opportunity, which usually takes 3-4 minutes, and afterwards I would be happy to answer questions or provide more information.  Also, please e-mail if you would like more information or if you would like a specific question answered.

     We offer a similar package to the franchisers, but at a much better value initially and over the long term.  We felt that they charged too much in the beginning and over time. We offer an independent option to open a dental handpiece sales and repair center, for a one time fee.  We feel this is a trade or a skill we teach, and then you will grow a business from it.  The harder you work afterwards, the bigger the business you will grow.  Therefore, we felt we could offer this training in a different way from the franchisers.

     We offer two training courses that can be purchased with or without related suggested opening shop tooling and parts inventories.  The two courses cover highspeed and lowspeed dental handpiece sales and repair including highspeeds, lowspeeds, nosecones, ultra-sonic scalers, and attachments.  Most people come for both courses at the same time and purchase the related shop tooling and parts from us.  We offer an independent option to open your dental handpiece sales and repair center, rather than a franchise for a one time fee for our training course or courses.  We do not restrict you in any way as to the location of your business, and you would be free to operate it wherever you choose.  What we do is offer a local sales and service option to dentists, and then compete against national companies.  But, by being in the local market through a combination of speed, price, and service we are able to offer a better option to dentists.

     The other costs in opening the business after our training course fees, are whether or not you purchase shop tools and parts from us, or purchase them separately.  We can provide those here at training, and ship them back to you after training, or you can wait and purchase the items after training from a list that we will provide during training.  We have written a good suggested opening inventory of parts and tooling for the both high and lowspeed repair courses.  If you need to open on a tight budget, then, you may want to buy the parts and tooling separately, and during training we will go over the items while making some suggestions on reducing the opening inventory to save some money on opening costs.  We always suggest tight cash management in that every dollar that can be saved during opening will best be spent on marketing during the first year.  After the training, tools, and parts costs, then the other opening expense is primarily marketing.  Also, you will have some small fees in opening such as opening a new business bank account, local license fees, credit card machine set-up fees, and other small general opening expenses. Marketing expenses include printing, ink, paper, postage, and other promotional items we suggest using during a combination of mailings and advertising drop-off visits to the dentists in your local area.

     We also offer a few less expensive options that allow you to open the business through the mail without coming to us for our hands on training courses.  The costs of these training manuals are $2,500.  These manuals show you how to open the business through the mail, and then mail off the handpieces for a wholesale repair price that you would mark up to retail. On average you would make about $50 per handpiece, less than repairing them yourself, however, this would still be a good profit for going to the post office while picking up and dropping off dental handpieces.  These less expensive options include a Business in a Box package and two sets of technical manuals.

     This business has been enjoyable to operate and very good to our family.  We offer this training in addition to our repair business.  We have trained over 60 people during the last ten years from the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia including individuals with many different backgrounds from housewives, to dentists, to American, German, and Indian engineers.  We hope we can assist you in the future to open your own dental handpiece sales and repair center. TRAINING INFORMATION:


SHIPPING:  We will ship all parts and tools for free with any training course purchase.  During training, we will go over all materials, parts and tools several times.  Also, a couple of large items will be direct shipped to you from the manufacturer after the deposit is paid.  And, we will ship all remaining items the first business day after the completion of training via FedEx Ground.  We do not pay any custom or VAT taxes related to International Shipping.



DATES:  We generally do not have any scheduling conflicts, but the earlier notice on preferred dates is best. We would suggest paying the deposit, and requesting your training dates, before arranging your travel. We are flexible on the start day for training such as starting on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, if needed. We always recommend paying the deposit as early as possible for your scheduling needs, and for us, it is to reserve the time so that we don't have any scheduling conflicts with a desired week.


HOTELS:  The two hotels we recommend are within a few minutes of the training location.  We are in a small town, Port Orchard about 45 minutes from the airport.  Days Inn, 1-360-895-7818 and The Comfort Inn, 1-360-895-2666.  More information about these hotels can be found here.


DEPOSIT:  The deposit can be paid by credit card, debit card, bank account, or by check.  The deposit is refundable with 21 days notice of change or cancellation.  You may use the payment links above to pay the deposit through an online credit card processor, PayPal.  You can also telephone or E-mail your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address.  After the deposit is paid, we will e-mail and mail a receipt along with some related travel information



AIRPORT:  The airport is Sea-Tac International Airport, which is located between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, USA.  The training facility is located about 45 minutes from the airport.  We would suggest a rental car for the training time.  There is public transportation available.  You can rent a car at the airport, off site at the airport, or if needed in the local area.
