To whom It may concern,
We generally do not have any scheduling conflicts, but the earlier notice on preferred dates is best. We would suggest paying the deposit, and requesting your training dates, before arranging your travel. We are flexible on the start day for training such as starting on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday if needed. We always recommend paying the deposit as early as possible for your scheduling needs, and for us, it is to reserve the time so that we don't have any scheduling conflicts with a desired week. The deposit can be paid by credit card or check. The deposit is refundable with 21 days notice of change or cancellation for the 3 Day Courses. You may use the payment link below to pay the deposit through an online credit card processor, PayPal. For an additional fee, we will travel to your location and provide training at your location.

SHIPPING: We will ship all parts and tools for free with any training course purchase. During training, we will go over all materials, parts and tools several times. Also, a couple of large items will be direct shipped to you from the manufacturer after the deposit is paid. And, we will ship all remaining items the first business day after the completion of training via FedEx Ground. We do not pay any custom or VAT taxes related to International Shipping.

HOTELS: The two hotels we recommend are within a few minutes of the training location. We are in a small town, Port Orchard about 45 minutes from the airport. Days Inn, 1-360-895-7818 and The Comfort Inn, 1-360-895-2666. More information about these hotels can be found here.

AIRPORT: The airport is Sea-Tac International Airport, which is located between Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, USA. The training facility is located about 45 minutes from the airport. We would suggest a rental car for the training time. There is public transportation available. You can rent a car at the airport, off site at the airport, or if needed in the local area.

Or, you can e-mail us the name on the credit card, the credit card number, the expiration date, and the billing address, and we will manually process the deposit or sale here through our machine. You can also give your credit card information to us by the telephone or pay the deposit by check in the mail. After the deposit is paid, we will e-mail confirmation of reserved dates, and we will mail an invoice showing the deposit received, the balance due at training, and the reserved dates. Please let me know your desired dates and training course as soon as possible so that we have time to prepare. We will also ship some shop tooling items to you after the deposit is paid. The deposits are refundable with 21 days notice of change or cancellation.
The airport is Sea-Tac International airport which is between Seattle, and Tacoma, Washington. We are in a small town, Port Orchard, about 45 minutes from the airport, so we would suggest a rental car. The training does not include lodging. Both of these hotels are nice and close by to training. But, both are relatively small, and in the next town over Bremerton, there is a navy base, so we would suggest booking early. If a ship comes in, these hotels can book up with family members.

The hotels will usually give you directions to them from the airport. Or, we can give you directions to the hotel. I would meet you in the lobby of your hotel at 8am on the first day of training to give you a little introduction on the town, some lunch suggestions, and to lead you back to training. Please e-mail which hotel you will be staying at in Port Orchard.
If you would like for us to purchase the related optional parts or tooling inventory for you, and have them here to review during the training time, please make payment at least 21 days prior to the start of training.
