ALL OVERHAULS INCLUDE:
We replace the entire turbine every time! We only use maintenance free, oil free bearings.

Removal of old bearings and replacement with new

Timken/MPB bearings

Replacement of o-rings and necessary washers

Replace and Test Spindle and chuck for concentricity
-
Test chuck to meet tension requirements
-
Test air pressure and torque
-
Test for water leaks and clogged air lines
-
Ultrasonic cleaning
-
Buff exterior shell
-
Lubricate bearings and chuck
-
Protectively packaged and shipped within 24 hrs(most highspeeds) and 48hrs(most slowspeeds)
